The ProQ Offset series are traditional Texas offset smokers with direct airflow, impeccable temperature control & even cooking.

These American style smokers feature an insulated firebox for efficiency and a log basket for improved airflow to the fire, guaranteeing that perfect thin blue smoke.

Constructed by hand, each of these smokers has a unique decagonal steel chamber, made from high quality 4mm plate steel.
