UK MAINLAND

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY DELIVERY TIMES

We will dispatch all orders received before 14:00 on Monday 18th December 2017, any orders placed after this will be dispatched on the 3rd or 4th of January. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is free on all orders within the UK mainland, except for orders requiring delivery on a pallet, which will be quoted per order.

We will attempt to dispatch all orders received Monday to Friday before 14:00 UK time on the same day, however this is not always possible due to sales volume and other factors.

We will despatch within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will take place within 1-3 working days. You'll receive an email confirming the despatch timing and tracking numbers if applicable.

Delivery times are not guaranteed by ourselves, but we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please call us on 01208 75385 if you have any special requests or queries on delivery.

NEXT DAY TIMED AND SATURDAY DELIVERIES

All next day orders should be placed before 14:00 Monday- Friday on the day before delivery. If you have missed this deadline, please get in touch as we may be able to help.

£7.20 Next Day Delivery Weekdays between 07:30 and 19:30. Does not include Saturday. Please order by 14:00 Monday – Thursday for this service and ensure someone is available to sign for your goods.

£12.00 Next Day Delivery by 12:00 Midday. Available weekdays between 8.30am and 12 noon. Please order by 14:00 Monday – Thursday for this service and ensure someone is available to sign for your goods.

£13.00 Saturday Delivery between 07:30 and 19:30. Please order by 14:00 Friday before delivery for this service and ensure someone is available to sign for your goods.

We request the provision of a mobile number for this service as DPD will notify you of a 1 hour delivery slot via Text Message. Please call us on 01208 75385 if you have any special requests or queries on delivery.

OTHER LOCATIONS

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, (CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY ISLANDS etc.)

£4.00 Will be added to each order for these locations. Orders will be shipped by either UPS or Royal Mail depending on size. Please contact us for expedited shipping services to these areas.

DELIVERY METHOD & TIMESCALES

If there is likely to be a delay in shipping we will let you know by phone or email. If you need your goods urgently, please select a next day delivery service (Before 14:00 Mon-Thurs) to ensure your goods are shipped the same day that we receive your order.

In the UK, we use Royal Mail for small parcels and DPD or UPS for larger parcels depending on location. You will be sent either an email or a text providing a delivery time frame for any orders shipped with UPS or DPD. If you are not going to be available to sign for the package, you will have the opportunity to provide details of where it can be safely left, or nominate a neighbour who can sign for it, or you can rearrange the delivery. Alternatively, please provide a work address for delivery if you are worried about not being available to receive a package or not keen on it being left at your property. All dispatch and delivery timings are subject to stock availability. You will be informed as soon as possible of any delays and offered options to change or cancel your order. Mac's BBQ may part-ship your order, provide reasonable substitutions (such as alternative wood flavours) and send any remaining items separately, at no further cost to you.

Gifts

If you're purchasing a gift for someone, please let us know the date you need this parcel by so we can ensure it arrives on time. We are happy to remove invoices from the packaging and ensure you can't see what the product is from the outside.
